22 week update and a welcome to Baby Connor!

Wow - it's hard to immediately follow my husband's posting on cribs - he was obviously inspired :)

However, it's time for the weekly update on Baby G, so here goes! We have safely arrived at Week 22 as of today and Baby G continues to grow. She probably weighs between 13 and 16 ounces at this point - the size of a small grapefruit. Other things of note:

• Her fingernails are almost fully grown
• She has a distinct pair of lips
• Her first canine and molars are forming!

I will pester Daddy G to post some of the ultrasound pictures from last week.

I am still feeling pretty well and am trying to use this time to get a lot of things done - hence Zach's posting on cribs.... We will try to take some pictures of me this weekend for those of you who are curious exactly how big I am at this point.

Finally, we wanted to say congratulations to our friends Patrick and Jessica who just brought their son Connor into the world last Friday. He's adorable! Jessica has been a great source of pregnancy advice and I plan to count on her advice on newborns come December!
