Ohio Summer 2014
If you've been following our family adventures for a while you'll notice that we usually try to spend some time in Ohio every summer. This works well because Uncle Adam and Aunt Bridget are teachers so they can spend some quality time with us if we come in the summer. We spent about 10 days there, and had lots of fun. So much fun in fact that it will require several blog posts. This one will focus on the general fun we had just hanging out!
Ready for our trip!
Airplanes AND construction equipment. Heaven.
The airplane ride tired him out!
Woke up the first morning and hung out with Uncle Adam watching Monsters Inc until everyone else woke up!
Playing cards with (Great) Grandma Jean
Went through some boxes of Zach's old stuff. He must have had a blast in college...
Chalk Art on the driveway
Catching lightning bugs, a favorite Ohio activity!
Golf in the backyard
Resting with Bridget (a rare moment!)
Meeting kids of Dad's childhood best friends at the park
Swimming at Uncle Adam's mom's house
Uncle Adam's crazy two-story domino setup
Basketball
Out to dinner
Late night for this guy...
Cooking with Gaga
Water balloon fights
Baseball
Uncle Jim and Bridget
Four Generations
A trip to a favorite ice cream place on the last night of the trip (seems to have become a tradition)
Always a fun time!
