Andrew's First School Trip!

Well, technically it wasn't a school sponsored event, but a few moms in the class signed us up as a group for a field trip to one of the local pumpkin patches on a day we don't have school. So while it wasn't his entire class and teachers, it was fun to get out and do something together with some of his new friends! Anna had the day off school so she was able to come along too.

Hay Ride

After the hay ride they had an "Agricultural Lesson" about how a pumpkin grows. Andrew is one of the oldest kids in his class and sometimes you can see this more than others. During this lesson, every time the woman asked a question Andrew was the first (and usually only one) to shout out his answer. Such a big boy and a total contrast with how Anna was at this age. 

Off to the pumpkin patch!
