Movie Night!

Today turned out to be a rainy day, perfect for our first ever family movie night! The premiere event was "Beauty and the Beast", one of Anna's favorite stories from her Disney book. She had also seen some clips of certain scenes on YouTube but never the whole thing on a full size screen. Decked out in her PJs, she sat in between us, mesmerized for the full 90 minutes.

Occasionally she would shout out the name of a favorite character as it appeared on screen ("Lumiere! Cogsworth! Phillipe!") The viewing of her first full length movie was a definite success and an event that I'm sure I'll be asked to repeat at least 4 times tomorrow :)
