Carmel-by-the-Sea

This year the kids' spring breaks didn't quite match up so we planned a long weekend trip to the mountains. But, at the last minute we got an invitation to spend a day with some friends who were staying at a cottage in Carmel for the week. So, we packed up a day early and spent the day/night in Carmel before our ski trip kicked off. So glad we were able to spend some quiet time with friends in such a beautiful place!
