Wheel Day - Then and Now
Wheel Day has become a tradition for the kids in our family. Discovered 3 years ago its a must-do every May. A local school puts on this free event and they have all sorts of vehicles that the kids can play on, explore, etc. Its a lot of fun. When looking through this year's photos it struck me how big the kids are which led me to dig up some photos from the first trip for comparison.
By now you must be wondering about the hat. Anna was Mary Poppins in her school spring performance the day before and this was the hat form her costume. I was out of town this day and not involved but I can only imagine it involved a discussion about whether she really needed to wear the hat and then a decision on the part of Dad to pick his battles.
